Palm Measurement 1.  Measure the palm circumference at the widest part of your hand (thumb excluded). Wrist Measurement 2.  Measure the wrist circumference at the narrowest part of the wrist.

Wear & Care...

We recommend hand-washing or machine-washing with warm water and mild soap or detergent, or a designated compression garment washing solution. No bleach! Use a gentle cycle, with warm water rinse. You can hang them up or lay them flat to air dry. You may also dry in a dryer on a delicate or low heat setting. Washing your garments in a mesh laundry bag will help protect them during the wash cycle!
