Q: I checked out your size chart for the juzo and jobst product thigh high 30/40 compression rt leg compression tight with belt. It seems I fit into both I and II for Juzo and s and med for jobst. Can you let me know which size you think I should get? Ankle:8 1/2", Calf 13", Calf Length 17", Thigh 22 1/2", Leg length 30". These are the stockings: http://www.compressionstockings.com/jobst-relief-chap-style-3040-mmhg-open-toe-right-leg-compression-stocking-p-503.html
and these:

A: Unfortunately your measurements do not fit nicely into any of the Juzo sizes, so I would not recommend going with the Juzo brand. You definitely fit better into the size medium for Jobst. The small would be way too small on you. You are on the smaller end of the Jobst size medium though. Medi makes a similar product called the Medi Plus with hip attachment - you would be on the small end of a size III. Sigvaris also makes a similar one called the Sigvaris Select Comfort with waist attachment - you would be on the small end of the ML. Ideally you would want to be in the middle of the size, but unfortunately that is not an option with the measurements you provided. I would say out of all of them, the Medi Plus would fit you best.
