Q: Interested in Juzo silver dress sock (knee high). I have primary Lymphedema in my left ankle. Very mild but of course prone to infection. I wear a size 12 wide men's shoe. No swelling in the calf but like the comfort of a knee high. Do I order large or extra large?
A: According to your shoe size, we would recommend going with the size XL. But, if you have Lymphedema, this product may not be the best choice for you. It is a very mild compression. Typically patients with Lymphedema need a higher compression (20-30 mmHg or 30-40 mmHg). If you are not sure which compression to get, you may want to check with your doctor first. Since you have swelling in your ankle, this product also may not be the best choice for you as it only takes into account your shoe size, not your actual leg measurements.
