Jobst Anti-Embolism stockings are specially designed to reduce the risk of Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT), commonly referred to as blood clots. Like all compression hosiery, Anti-Embolism stockings apply gradient compression, highest at the ankle and gradually decreasing up the leg. This improves blood flow, greatly reducing the risk of clotting. Anti-Embolism stockings are designed for people who are bedridden or otherwise immobile for prolonged periods of time.

For correct sizing, measure around the widest part of your calf and the length of the leg from floor to the largest part of your thigh.
