Q: do you ever special order these stockings on a prescription from a physician; I need tall/long; also do you have a color other than beige since it would be a special order. no lace or silicone; just top that could be worn with garters. what would cost and colors be? I have insurance from secondary insurance, medicare would not pay.
A: These are Jobst economy line - they are only available in beige. Most stockings without the silicone border at the top are only available in beige. They cannot be special ordered. We do not accept insurance as a form of payment. If your insurance company is willing to pay and you choose to order from, you would need to check with your insurance company to see if they are willing to reimburse you if you submit a paid invoice to them. Our invoices would include the tax ID # and proper insurance codes as well as products order with pricing. The stockings are not available in tall or long, only regular length as they are an economical option and they do not have a silicone border, there are less choices.
