Q: How do I clean and dry my Jobst relief stockings?
A: These stockings are machine washable in warm water. You may machine dry them on low heat as well. If you prefer, you can hand wash them and hang them to dry. Use a gentle detergent when washing your Compression Stockings. Do not bleach, use fabric softener, dry clean or iron them. Any detergents containing bleach or other harsh chemicals will be corrosive to your stockings. Delicate fabric detergents, especially those made specifically for compression stockings, work best. When needed, hand wash the silicone band to remove excess creams, lotions, hair, and other foreign material. You can use a cotton swap and some rubbing alcohol to remove any of this matter.
